Returns Policy
Change of Mind Returns
At New Point Art, we value your satisfaction with the items you choose to acquire from us. In the event that you find yourself reconsidering your purchase, we provide a 3-day cooling-off period during which you can initiate a return. If you decide to proceed with a return, kindly ensure that the item is shipped back to us within this designated timeframe.
It’s important to note that for returns, a transaction fee of 15% will be applied. Once the returned item is received and assessed, the remaining amount will be processed as a refund.
For a change of mind return, you are responsible for the shipping costs, regardless of any shipping promotion that may have applied to your order. This includes both the original shipping to you and the return shipping to us.
To initiate a change of mind return, please log a return request through the ‘My Account’ page, selecting ‘Get Help.’ Alternatively, reach out to us with your name and order number, and our dedicated Customer Care team will facilitate the return process for you.
Please note that certain products cannot be returned due to a change of mind, ie : consumables products. Within 3 business days (in NSW) of receiving your return and confirming its ‘as-new’ condition, we’ll issue you a store credit voucher via email, equal to the product’s purchase price minus the original shipping and return shipping costs.
Store credit voucher codes are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

Wrong Product Delivered
While it’s rare, there might be instances where an incorrect artwork is shipped to you. If this happens, please let us know promptly, ideally within 3 days of receiving your delivery. We’ll rectify the situation by sending you the correct artwork, arranging for the pickup of the wrongly shipped product, and bearing all associated costs.
Faults and Damages
If you receive an artwork with clear and significant packaging or product damage, please document the issue with photos or videos and reject the delivery. Contact us immediately to initiate the resolution process.
The appropriate solution for product faults depends on the nature of the issue. Our products and artworks are covered by guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. We will work in collaboration with you to find a solution that aligns with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. However, certain conditions do not warrant a remedy, including normal wear and tear, damage from improper assembly or modification, damage from abnormal use or abuse, and more (as outlined in the Faults & Damages policy).
Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our products and artworks are covered by guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to replacement, refund, compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage, and repair or replacement if products fail to meet acceptable quality standards. We exclude all implied terms, guarantees, and warranties, to the fullest extent possible under law, related to these Terms.
You agree that we are not liable for expenses or injuries, including indirect loss such as lost revenue, profits, savings, reputation, or time, in contract, tort, under statute, or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from or connected to these Terms.
Our liability for loss or damage arising from these Terms is limited to the extent you contribute to the loss or damage.
To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the products in question.
Our Rights
We retain the right to decline returns if we cannot reasonably verify your purchase or if we are not accountable for the damage, as per our Faults & Damages policy.
